Something exciting happened last weekend. We took two of my artworks to Oulu, to the Housing Fair. Huvilainen It was so exciting to pack these large artworks into the car and take them to a home where they will become part of a larger whole!

Huvilainen is a beautifully designed home of a young couple, where closeness to nature, warmth, and clarity come together in a lovely way. It feels wonderful that my art can be part of such a project.

My works are not traditional paintings; I had the opportunity to create pieces with rich textures, large forms, and dimensionality!

I haven’t seen the artworks in place yet, and honestly, I’m really excited (and a bit nervous) to see how they will look as part of the interior 🙏

I hope they fit well into the overall space and add that little extra touch that’s hard to put into words.

I’m eagerly looking forward to summer and the moment I can step inside and see the artworks in their places. Maybe I’ll pause, take a breath, and allow myself to feel all the excitement, gratitude, and pride 🙏💛
