I was browsing the news yesterday and came across an article about an interior design show and its comment section, where people were complaining in a very negative tone about others' strong emotional reactions. So, is it not okay for people to show their emotions, especially if they're positive?
I'm tired of real people being labeled as "fake" just because they feel and show their emotions. If you laugh out loud, someone says you're exaggerating. If you get emotional, someone says you're pretending. Why are genuine emotions being downplayed?
A sensitive and open person doesn’t fake it – they LIVE 🌿 and show their true joy, sorrow, excitement, and disappointment.
It feels like the modern world is trying to silence authenticity. Maybe it's because it reminds others of what they don’t dare to show themselves? Maybe it’s because we've been taught to hide our true feelings and act like something we’re not?
Life isn’t meant to be lived through any filter! It’s meant to be felt and experienced 🔥💛
You’re definitely not too much. You are exactly as much as you’re meant to be 💛
Emotions are a part of life and art. Every piece I paint carries with it real emotion and a story. Take a look at the gallery, maybe you'll find the masterpiece that speaks to you 💛
