In the following paragraphs, I’ll guide you through the simple steps of the commissioned art process.

Design

Share your thoughts: What colors, mood, or story would you like the artwork to convey?

Is there anything in my earlier work that particularly appeals to you?

If you’re unsure about the size of the painting, you can gently tape different dimensions on the wall with painter’s tape to get a better sense of how the artwork will fit.

You can also send me photos of the space where the artwork will be placed. This allows me to virtually explore different sizes and help you find the right colors and style for your piece.

PRICE, ADVANCE PAYMENT, start of work

The price of the work is affected by the size of the work, the materials used and the complexity of the work. I will give you an offer and after you accept it, we will confirm the order together.

A 50% deposit of the total price is required. Once the deposit is paid, I will begin the painting by first preparing the base materials, such as a stretcher frame or an acoustic panel.

I will send you progress photos of the artwork, allowing you to provide input on the colors and form if you wish.

The duration of the work depends on how I can capture your idea so that the end result is exactly what you want.

FINAL PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

When you are satisfied with the end result, the final payment will be made and I will prepare the work for sending.

The work will be delivered to you as a Matkahuolto package to the nearest office or to your doorstep at the agreed time.
